If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
You can exchange an item within 14 days of receipt if it’s unused, undamaged, and retains all original security tags and labels. Ensure the garment is in its original packaging. To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase. We’ll contact you to confirm if your exchange request is accepted. Sale items are non-refundable, and international refunds are not available.
If the item doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for another size within 14 working days if available, as long as the garment remains in its original condition.
